OMG!!! Wow, Mediterranean inspired diner is a pleasant surprise. Super friendly staff and the food… I got lamb/beef shawarma, husband got chicken shawarma and baba ghanouj. So good I may have to roll myself to car. The real surprise was the lentil soup. Given as a lucky strike extra, super rich without being gummy or cloying. It reminds me of Avgo Lemono. Very fresh flavors and generous accommodating staff. Like sharing dinner with friends and family. Thanks so much!!! We will return.

When I first moved to Mount Vernon two years ago I was sad to see there was no gyro spots in town but hot gyros is here to make up lost time. I had the beef and lamb plate and it was phenomenal. From the rice to the hummus to the meat everything about it was perfect. While the seating area is quite small the staff are very friendly making this a must try restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! We tried the beef & lamb gyro, chicken shawarma, the Greek fries, & baklava. Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh! The service was wonderful and the owners are very kind and welcoming people. We were just traveling through, but will definitely stop again if we are in Mount Vernon again! Would highly recommend!!
